Abortion/termination of pregnancy

Dear Experts,
My wife terminated her pregnancy through her gynaecologist sister. In a divorce case ,how can i present this fact. She kept it secret and did it without my consent. Her sister helped her since she is a gynaecologist. Do I need to prove this..... but I have no proof.This happened some years ago

why are you raking in old history? if it has happened many years ago what action did you take when your wife terminated pregnancy . ?

the fact that you remained silent for so many years will go against you

had you subsequent to termination of pregenancy taken divorce proceedings that would have helped you in court of law
