hi im anil , my wife has filed 498 a case and the IO of case has informed me tht kindly arrange for AB as the FIR is going to registered at any time. im going to arrange for AB.

my query is if i come to know that the complaint has wrongly written and im quite sure it will be false written complaint yet i didn't received the copy of complain thru RTI i wana ask u to all tht wht kind of IPC SECTION OR CRPC SECTION I WILL PUT AGAINST MY WIFE AND HER FATHER IN THE COURT. BCOJ SHE HAS GIVEN COMPLAIN ON 3 JUNE TO CAW AS SHE WAS ALREADY AWARE OF THAT OUR FIRST COURT HEARING WAS ON 5 JUNE 2013. MY DIVORCE CASE IS SUBJUDICE IN COURT ALREADY.

Anil,
Majority of 498A and DV are faLSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST HUSBAND AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBER TO INCREASE THE bARGAINING POWER TO EXTRACT MORE MONEY FROM HUSBAND ON dIVORCE.

But there is no remedy.[ hardly 1 % chance to escape) , law being in fvr of women.

So forget abt it , and only DEFEND yourself.

Do not waste time in useless things as you stated in your query.
First obtain AB, thereafter you shall have ample leisure to kill valuable time than fighting the case in merit.
