I don't have any experiance in this field, is it must? whether any diploma is available to get required qualification.

I dont think a diploma is always required to show specialisation. After completing your LLM you can practice in a law firm which is specialised in arbitration matters and you can develop your skills dealing such matters practically and after a passage of time you will become a expert in arbitration.

yes, Mr. Krishna has suggested rightly but if you intend to make your career in arbitration only then you must hold relevant degrees to show off your specialisation since this gives a quite good impression on clients. also, it would be a relevant factor for your appointment in a law firm working in that relevant feild.
also u must get your name enrolled as specified arbitrators in the relevant areas /feilds in which you possess specialiasion or skills. that will give u a good boost as an arbitrator. there are several bodies of arbitrators working in india, so choose amongst them (it is not a mandatory condition for being an arbitrator)
