sir, plz tell me about the membership of a lawyerwho registered by otherstate bar council

Do you mean, transfer of enrolment from one state to another?

If it is the case, then, one has to surrender the enrolment certificate at the state B.C. in which he has registered, and apply for enrolment with such surrender receipt at the state bar council where he is intending to practice.
