Hi There, As I told previously I am mentioning the part from my Appt. letter about resign clause i.e."During the probation your services can be terminated on either side without assigning any reason, with 7 days notice or payment in lieu thereof & on confirmation your services can be terminated on either side without assigning any reason, with 30 days notice or payment in lieu thereof from either side"
Claus 2-- On confirmation, your services can be terminated on either side by giving 30 days notice or payment in lieu thereof." But regional director is denying to give relieve, so what can be the solution. I tried to convince him but even he denied. So pls. guide me, what to do?

After taking salary, you leave the job, why are waiting for relieving order.

If you have any documentary proof of submission of your resignation notice, like acknowledgment of resignation notice, you can act upon the advice of Shri Kriti Kar Tripathi. But, if you don't have any proof of submission, you need to take proper caution not to get yourself treated as absent without permission. In the second case, you may better submit your reminder notice by Registered Post Acknowledgment Due, in addition to sending an email reminder, making a clear mention that the resignation may be deemed to have been effective with effect from ......... (mention date) if no response is received from the management. Also refer the original notice and attach a copy of the original notice with the reminder notice.
