About resign

respected sir,
i am a central government employee since 2009. in the year 2011 i applied for railway job but i did not inform my department about that and N.O.C. was not taken by me.
now in the year 2013 i am selected for the post i applied for. now i inform my department about my selection they refuse to give me N.O.C.
What will i do now?
should i resign?

The queriest is entitled receive the credit in his GPF account with interest accrued.

For claiming PF money, you will have to apply in the prescribed form for final payment of GPF, which you can have from the Accounts Section or the Admn section of your organisation.

Hope the answers are clear now.
1) Since you have applied for another organisation without taking NOC from the present organisation, they will not give you NOC now.
2) Whether you have disclosed about your employment to the new employer while applying? If so, they will insist for NOC.
3) Resign and join in the new job if you feel it is worth.
4) As regards PF, you are entitled for it if you apply in the prescribed format to the competent authority of your organisation.
