sir,
i was adopted by mothers father before 22years when i was 12 year old and her sisters file suit for the said property my qery : 1. can court can rejected adoption deed which was registered ?
my grand father and and father was made the deed. and grand father was expired before my uncle was made 1/4 part of land prchase from the grand father and theyn ask for there share in remaing property and suit was filed by them and it was decided x party befor 12 yeras then our lawweys sujected and i am amature that time and file the suit in civil court
can i get the property and is it bind that i must change the name affter i mature ?

I Agree with Mr Vishal !
1- A Valid Adoption can not be canclled
2- Details - Regarding the Court cases , sales, Suit 12 years ago , partition , minority of adopted child , all are the facts to be considered !

Adoption deed can be challenged by the parties only who has given in adoption and who has taken, no third party can challenge the adoption deed.

A registered adoption deed could not be cancelled. You will get equal share as other legal heirs of your adopted father.

Your question is not clear,please rewrite the same it is very interesting. I have a doubt that who filed the suit against whom ? Whether the deed of adoption contains the give and take ceremony ? whether there was any 'Homo' sacred fire ceremony? all these questions are relevend for valid adoption. If all these paraphernalia have followed than it is a valid adoption and you can reopen your case/suit.let me know all these points.
