Access to Case Dairy

Hi

Accused under 498a can request acccess to case dairy, if he not provide status of witeness and their version, can he vaildate case dairy to check what statment IO has recorded which is given by him.

You will get the chargesheet copy immediately it is filed by the police then what is the necessity of taking case diary copies.

What is point waiting till chargesheet, when you provide evidence in intital stage before final report is submitted.
