i met with an car accident few days back on highway while i was goin towards amravati, a two wheeler came in front of my car and we got hit, both the person on two wheeler where badly injured and laterly one of them died, the police conducted a punchanama and other process, laterly i was arrested and finaly got bail on 2nd day the police have charged me under ipc section 279/337/388/304A i have a valid driving licence,valid car insurance, plz help me out m i in a big trouble??

It is not 388 but 338. Engage an advocate when you receive summons by the court. The victim and injured will claim compensation and since you have valid insurance and driving license, you are safe. You have to engage advocate for claim case also.

You are already out on bail. So a major issue of concern is solved.
Avail professional services of a lawyer, because you have no other remedy than contesting the case.
Please note that you will be convicted only if the negligence on your part is solved.

Dear Lokesh,
1. Worst is already over.
2. Contest the case.
3. Burden is on State/Prosecutor to prove that you were grossly and culpably negligent or rash. If they succeed in doing you still get a chance to rebut them.
4. Your insurance company should take care of your monetary liabilities.
Hire a good defence Lawyer.

Nothing to worry in such type of cases. Your lawyer shall see the entire line of defence. You shall have to face another case of compensation. Wait for the notice from the MACT.

I HAVE RECIVD A NOTICE FROM MACT THE RELATIVES OF THE PERSON DIED IN ACCIDENT ARE ASKING ME TO PAY 1000000RS, DO I HAVE TO PAY THEM THE COMPENSATION ? WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT? MY LAWYER IS NOT DISCUSSING ANYTHING WITH ME. PLEASE REPLY
