Can an unwed mother give her new born girl child for adoption to legally married couple? If so what are the steps to be taken for adoption by the adoptive couple? Thank you

Better Consult A Local Good Advocate for Drafting and to Follow the Procedures.Whether the Mother is Legally Married Or Not will Not be the Issue but Tomorrow the Child's Father might raise Objections and the real fact and real situation to be studied before Implementing.

Yes, she can give by execution and registration of a deed of adoption.
Another option is to do so through the court of wards/district judge
