There is one case which i want to know, is there any law about adoption of child of unmarried minor female? How to proceed for that child for adoption in this case??

Giving and taking is more important and these terms should be incorporated in registered adoption deed. The act of giving in adoption by the biological parents and taking in adoption by the adopter parents is a must.

When the Minor Girl who is Not having Permissible Age for Marriage it self Now she can not Legally give her child for adoption which her Age will Not Permit.The Adoption thro Court would be the Legal option which would be Legally Safe for the Adopter.Consult your local Advocate.
