Adultery by wife

Hi Experts,

What if the husband is having proof (legal DNA test report with of son from an internationally certified testing lab) and mails to confirm that the wife is/was involved in adultery?

Kindly let me know if these proofs are enough.

yes the DNA test is the best proof for adultery and you have to prove this test in the court

It is indeed enough proof though the court of India would insist report of its own FSL.

yes enough to get divorce if you want apply for divorce or useful in other cases filed by the wife.
