Respected experts, can a person after claiming that he is the owner of a particular land gets a judgement from supreme court that his documents are void and wrong. Now he claims that SINCE HIS PAPERS are void he wants to claim adverse possession on the land showing some xerox land revenue bills paid by him on the basis of void documents he holds.My question to you is can he take two pleas ie owner of the land.or adverse possession .conflicting and conjoint pleas, please explail

Alternative and conflicting claims in the pleading is permissible unless both are mutually exclusive.
But that conflicting prayer can not be made for the first time in the appellate court unless the plaint is amended in the meantime to that effect.

who ever without land owner interference up to 12 years having possession, that time only can ask adverse possession, but same time you must have for past 12years you have possession of the proof.
