Sir,
My brother in law has bought a flat at Vasundhera enclave Delhi. His name has been registered in DDA. But Still tax notices are received in the name of old owner which are being paid duly by my brother in law.
Just MCD issued notice on this address to register in MCD.
1-Sir What is the purpose of registration in MCD.
2- Sir what is the procedure ?
3- What may be the expenditure ?
Can any body i.e lawyer can help in this work.

dear arvinth its mean mutation of the property not yet changed to your brother in law's name.
usually at the time of registration it self its can be apply by the seller. so again once just chech it, whether it has been applied along with registration or not. if not mean just apply for it alone. thats enough..
