recently i got job.they asked me to give 3 months salry cheque in advance as a security.but they did not allow me write date on the cheque. what to do nw. bcoz according to bond i m on 6 months probation period. they have taken the cheque but not yet given me my appointment letter n they have asked me to sign an undertaking on stamp paper which i have not done yet. pls help what to do to come out of all of dis n its consequences. thanx i will be highly obliged.

you are giving space to step in to your shoes by giving blank cheque. don't worry if you want job approach the company and take steps to join. otherwise
1. issue legal notice to return the cheque

2. give a letter of stop payment to the bank and

3. file a criminal complaint against the company.
