Single Registered Agreement made for 2 flats both admeasuring 1000sq.ft. and later on 1 falt of 500sq.f.t sold to one party now I want my original Agreement to reflect only 1 flat of 500sq.ft. instead of 2 flats of 1000sq.ft. What are the options I have inorder my Agreement to reflect 1 flat of 500sq.ft. whether any specific Deed is required to be made if so what?

First agreement is required to be cancelled and in that place fresh agreement is required to be executed on the same terms and conditions except the change of area etc. as you mentioned in your quarry. No other document is required in this matter.

without cancelling the first agreement u cannot change it. U have already exeucted the agreement of sale in respect of 100-sq.ft. now you have sold 500 to one party, so for remaining part by cancelling the old one execute the new agreement of sale because towards one party u have performed the contract.

You will have to cancel the earlier agreement and enter into seperate agreements with the buyers.
Is the buyer the same to whom you had earlier sold the 1000 sq. ft 2 flats or is different buyer??
