Respected All,
I would like to ask what one should keep in mind while drafting Amendment Agreements in accordance with previously signed forms.And,To work on Agreements to add funds to umbrella agreements.

Please guide me and one more request if any body having the soft copy pls, share.

if you are talking about addendum to an agreement then you just have to make the heading as addendum to the said agrement executed on ... date.
then everything shall be like a general agreement in there and just add your clauses and get it signed and attested.

It's as like ordinary agreement which must contain the fact that its an ameneded one.
