I am one of legal heirs of ancestral property which is registered as agricultural property in state of Karnataka. I would like to know if such property can be sold? If so, please advise how to proceed.

you can sale any specific no. of land if you have get your share by partition. further if the land in the name of joint ownership you can not sell specific no. but only share of you
