I am one of legal heirs of ancestral property which is registered as agricultural property in state of Karnataka. I would like to know if such property can be sold? If so, please advise how to proceed.

Such property can be sold only after getting consent of all the other legal heirs.

Yes! Deepak is right it could be sold by consent of all or if fragmentation rule in state does not bar then you can sell your own share alone too.
