Alias name on e gazette

My mothers name before marriage is ‘Phoolabai’ and after marriage its ‘Sitabai’. I have all the documents with the name of ‘Sitabai’ but now I need the document with Sitabai Alias Phoolabai name.
Officials said me to do the e-gazette of the name… Is it possible to have the alias name on Gazette i.e. name like ‘Phoolabai alias Sitabai’ on gazette?
I have copy of marriage certificate with both the names and Pan card and aadhar card with Sitabai name.

Is there any other link for egazette. Are State egazette and central egazette different?
Also I have one more question can we have alias name on Aadhar card as well as Pan Card.

Step 1: Get an affidavit regarding change of your name.
Step 2: Newspaper Publication - Publish in two newspapers.
Step 3: Gazette Notification --
1. Visit your local Government Press or the department that mobilizes Gazette notification.
2. Get 2 copies of “Deed Changing Surname Form”. (Fill this form carefully as per the instructions provided therein)
