When and under what conditions the maintenace granted. How have the circumstances changed to warrant a cessation of the maintenance. You would have to approach the court and convince the Bench that maintenance is no longer required. On the contrary the pary of the second part may ask for an increase to offset the existing inflation and very high cost of living.
