1. Can a dispute on border issue between two states be reffered to a Tribunal. Please help with details.

2. Under which provisions CPC can a Judge refer a matter to Lokadalat.

On both the isues, I don't think you have any individual or official concern about the problems.

As senior Member (HR) of some organisation, please intimate how are you concerned with the boder disputes between two states?

Further, about reference to lokayukta, please state the real problem, if you have as an individual, on the matter.
