Hi Friend's,
I need some clarification regard Amendments of Trust deed is required in this Situation.
Situation:
I registed education Trust in name " xxxx Trust " for object of providing Educational and Social Activities,
"zzzz education Institution " was run by the trust ,"zzz education institution " required move to bank loan for providing education , now bank manager requested to produced the necessay proof related to "zzz education institution " was run by the " xxxxx trust ".
please guide me , whether ammenment is need for such above situation

No amendment is required if the aims and objects of trust already contain such running of institution and even recognition to the institute shall have been granted by govt. on the basis of its running by a trust.

Production of trust Deed is sufficient to solve your problem,
No need for amendment.

Experts are right. Bank manager has to be convinced in respect of object and purpose of the Trust by producing your Trust Deed document.
