(Querist) 10 June 2016 This query is : Resolved
Hi Sir
My grandmother died long back leaving a property in her own name with out any will. She had 4 sons and 1 daughter who is my mother. Recently my mother also died. Now my mother's brothers are denying my mother's share in the property. Do I have right on my grandmother's property. What is the procedure to get my mother's share of property from my mother's brother.
Thank you

You and your siblings have a share in the property. If unavoidable, a partition suit could be filed.

Show the property related documents to an able counsel well versed with local laws and personal law that applies to your faith and your counsel can opine the exact share of your mother.

Try for amicable settlement with your skills or approach court.

The court shall partition.
