Does married daughter have legal right to get share in ancestral property? If yes, what share?

Whether Ancestral property is there without Partition and available for partition?

or -it is already partitioned, is it by Regd Partition Deed ? /or /Oral / Memorandum of partition / simple Document ? What is the date of said partition

That by Death of Coparcner there will be deemed partition!

These facts to be considered !

Thereafter the Share of the Married daughter to be considered -as applicable !
