Ancestral property sell

hello sir

we are living in Assam an my great grand mother gave some property in daan to my grand father who in turn sold some and kept 5400 sq ft and when he died my father inherited since 1980 and it was a empty land and my father has constructed building on it and now my father want to sell it , so i want to know my fathers sisters have any rights in it ? if yes how the division will done ? and what about the building on it as my father acquired was land and wat about my grandmothers share as she wants to give it to my father ?

After the death of grand father succession opens, so your father's sisters have got equal rights.
