In any Organisation which comes under RTI, there is a Public Information Officer. You have to find out under which Department of the State Govt. the Anganwadi Workers are covered and you have make application under RTI to the concerned PIO only though the matter is related to a particular Anganwadi or Anganwadi worker. In turn, the PIO will obtain the information from the concerned and forward it to you. If you do not receive reply within specified time as per the Act, you can make an appeal and the appealate authority is also specified for each department You browse the website of the particular department. You will find out the nominated PIO and AA.
