Sir, 5months back police are filled four cases (420 sec) and NDPS case on against my friend.(A-1). In this case A-2 and A-3 are already arrested and they got regular bail. Recently A-1 approaching high court and he got stay for not arrest in NDPS case. But before this his four anticipatory Bails are dismissed in same hight court. All cases running in district court. Now my question is hot to get anticipatory bail in four 420 cases please give me valuable suggestions

Since A-2 and A-3 are already stated to be on bail whereas A-1 is granted anticipatory bail by High Court in all 4 FIR cases, where is the question of seeking fresh anticipatory bail qua 420 cases ? Either there are four cases each for NDPS as well as u/s 420 IPC or the accused are already granted bail/ AB, unable to follow you.

A-1 has got stay order against arrest in only one case of NDPS and not in all cases. The counting of author seems confusing. As per his facts total number of cases against A-1 is 5, out of which one is instituted under NDPS Act and 4 other are under section 420 IPC.
As anticipatory bail application in 4 cases lodged under section 420 IPC already stands dismissed by Hon'ble High Court so the sole option is to approach Hon'ble Apex Court or to surrender and seek regular bail.
