Any exemtions in stamp duty of court fee

(Querist) 18 October 2011 This query is : Resolved 
1)Is there any maximum limit cut off for court fee incase of Probate the WILL if beneficiary is blood relation with Testator irrespective of market value of house in Andhrapradesh.PLZ give in detail
2)Is the court fee for probating the WILL if beneficiary is not blood relation with Testator is different when compared to court fees for probating the WILL if beneficiary is blood relation with Testator,If YES,how much in andhra pradesh

No concessions on account of blood relationship of the beneficiary. If the beneficiary is a pauper or not in a postion to pay the prescribed fee, he may apply to the court for permission to file the application without payment of Court fee.
