Appeal ag eviction orders

eviction orders passed exparte as defendent /tenant didnot file w/s nor appeared on any of dates fixed and costs imposed by court for hearing on grounds of non payment of rent. his defence was also struckof. can appaeal be still filed without deposit of arrears of rent and costs fixed by court.

no appeal cannot be filed . you will have to deposit rent arrears and comply with court directions . for granting stay court will insist on predeposit rent arrears
