Appeal against interlocutory order (ia order)

respected experts,

IA HAS BEEN DISMISSED IN THE DIST COURT AND ORDER WAS PASSED IN THE IA.
Q1.WHAT IS THE LIMITATION PERIOD FOR APPEAL BEFORE THE HIGH COURT AGAINST THE IA ORDER?WEATHER THE LIMITATION 30 DAYS OR 90 DAYS PLS GIVE ME SUGGESTION SIR.

No appeal except those prescribed under Order 43 pf CPC lies from an interlocutory order.

As per Chapter 41.5 of Limitation act to any High Court from any decree or order is 90 days. and To any court from any decree or order is 30 day.

For revision against the IA, it will be 30 days, whereas for an appeal it is 90 days.
