i lost my case u/s 138 n.i.act in april 2019 but i didnt appeal against till date. What are remedy for filing appeal.

If you are having good grounds now also you can file an appeal before the High Court if you were the complainant by filing an application for condonation of delay with reasonable grounds.
If you were an accused appeal lies with the Dist., court. The same procedure can be followed whatever above said.

You can file the appeal with a petition to condone the delay with valid reasons.

The only remedy is file appeal with condonation of delay petition, which may be allowed if there is genuine reasons.
