Appeal by insurance company in high court

If Compensation is awarded to Claimnt or applicant by MACT in Pune. And insurance without giving claim went for appeal in high court. In that case what will be consequence.If Appeal dismissed offcourse it will not change anything from previous order.
if Appeal admitted then what are possibilities. And answer below
1)Already Applicant getting judgment after 5 years and still high court can not give reasonable amount to claimnt though appeal is admitted?
2) And if Appeal is admitted when final decision happens in how many years? Here i want to ask specifically if appeal admiited then what will be next case satges till its disposal or does it happen when appeal admitted it disposed off simultanouslly?

if appeal is admitted then court notice is sent to OP and then both parties submit their arguments and after that court makes final orders on appeal which normally takes about 1 year at least.

if appeal is admitted it may take some years for appeal to be disposed of . around 10 years

Appeal may be disposed off in 5-7 years depending on the pending cases. It may change or may not change the decision, nothing can be predicted.

Preferring an appeal against the order by the aggrieved party is its right so one cannot do anything about it. The appeal if allowed by high court is a question for which the answer lies only when the appeal is allowed so wait for the decision by the appellate curt, experts' predictions will not help you to tide over the crisis in any manner.
