Appeal time

what's the time to appeal in high court after loosing a case in karkardooma.I also lost my appeal in karkardooma court.
It's a case of shop tenant and landlord.Till what time duration I can appeal in high court.
plz give your views.

To file an appeal against the order of junior civil judge judgment it is 30 days for second appeal it is 90 days I think.

You are landlord or tenant and on what grounds you lost.

High court will entertain if there is substance or it will be dismissed at admission stage even without notice to other side.

Should you have an admissible Appeal the usual lack of limitation may be taken care of by seeking condonation of delay in filing Appeal with valid reasons duly supported by evidence

if the appeal lies to the high court then it shall be filed within 90 days. but i am afraid i have to disagree with all my other friends here because like you said you also lost your appeal in the karkardooma court. As per rent control acts of most of the states NO SECOND APPEAL LIES IN A LANDLORD_TENANT CASE. THEREFORE YOUR REMEDY WOULD BE A REVISION UNDER SECTION 115 of the CPC AND NOT AN APPEAL
