Respected experts, I have a question about appeal against POSH ICC recommendations Who can be made party in such appeal. The ICC in my office has told that the woman who has filed the original complaint can not be the party and it will be ICC only. Could someone please clarify it if the woman can not be made party or not Thanks a lot in advance
