Applicability of rti act to search & seizure of it

Respected Sir,
Can IT office gives documents and reports under RTI act, which obtains in search & seizure procedure?
If there is any current case law for detaining to give information please send.

If you are not connected with the case, then IT Dept. would refuse to furnish such information.

Respected Sir,
I have referred various case laws of this matter of 2006 & 2007, which stated exemption under section 8 of RTI Act.
Is there any case law to detain third party to getting information from IT office or any written instrument instead of Act?
