hai

i have applied for notary and my application was sent through our district judge in the month of August, 2010. still i have not received any information regarding that, so where i have to enquire about it?

You have not mentioned the details of state or central notary. If you applied for state contact with the IG of stamps. If you have applied for centre, check with ministry of law and justice.
