Hi all,
I have 498a, DVD and 125 running in UP whereas I work in south India.

It's begins very difficult for me to attend dates falling almost every week.

Please let me know the process of filling application for permanent exemption and if possible a sample application.

your lawyer will make an application for exemption from person appearance until further orders . court may grant you exemption .
we dont provide formats

it is simple one page application .
