Application to draw decree sheet

Judgment was passed in 1990 by ADJ and finally affirmed by Supreme Court in 2009.

Decree Sheet is not drawn by ADJ till date.

My query is that

Whether ADJ will issue Notice to opposite party at this stage, if I file an Application to draw the Decree ?

While drawing the decree no notice is served upon the opposite party. However in the vent you file the execution case for implementation of decree the notice would be served upon the other party.
