Our scheme went under redevelopment in 2005. Due to many restriction like CRZ, Navy NOC, and many others the scheme got struck. However, due to certain relaxation of norms in recent time the scheme could have been initiated further. But due to lack of interest / financial crunch the developer wasn’t able to take the scheme ahead. Hence, the committee terminated the developer. Now we want the development to be done as per new SRA norms with increased FSI. Hence need your valuable guidance on : 1) What are the key points that should be considered while appointing a new developer? 2) What are the other/ extra benefits the society can ask for w.r.t new norms while going for redevelopment?
