Sir, My Brother has worked in APSRTC (Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation) for 3 years as Traffic Supervisor (He has successfully completed probation period of 2 years and was a permanent employee) Due to some reasons, he has stopped attending his duties by applying sick leave. Later, after one year, as he did not attend the duties, he was removed from services. This termination happened in 2009. Now, he wants to join APSRTC again. Is it possible?? If it is possible, Please advise.

He was terminated from service in the year 2009 whereas he never bothered about this so far but now he wants to join the same.
What made him to think about his lost employment at this belated stage?
He should have taken action immediately at the time of termination and not at this belated stage.
Hence no efforts by him in this regard may be maintainable.

You need to show the documents leading to dismissal of your brother from service to a prudent lawyer dealing labour and service matter and follow his advice. There are many instances wherein due to any lapse of the documents of the State, dismissed employees have again been taken in service after a long gap.

Agree with the expert, any lapse / lacuna / weak point in the dismissal orders / documents can give some hope.
