Attested copies of gpa and link documents

Dear Sirs,

We do have 200Sq yards vacant non-agricultural land in hyderabad, Telangana in the name of my mother and we have put it on sale.

My Mother purchased the land from a developer who purchased it from a farmer under GPA and sold to various clients.

Now the buyer is insisting us for GPA or link documents which we donot have with us.

I have approached Registrar for Attested copies of GPA but he is rejecting my application stating that it is not possible to give Attested GPA copy.

Can anyone suggest whom do we need to approach to get GPA and link documents

If the record is available with the Registrar, apply for copy of the same. Registrar would provide certified copy.

Apply with the department of revenue records of your city and get the certified copy.
