The community or caste certificate is normaly issued by the authorities authorised to issue. In this case you have stated that caste certificate issued through Gazatte Notification.Clarify.

Use RTI to get the information / confirmation from the issuing authority.
Request the PSU to get the genuineness of the gazette notification confirmation at its own level.
PSU can purchase copy of notification independently from Government press.

You can sign on the copy of gazette notification in confirmation that it is true copy of original, if PSU get satisfy.

You have mentioned e-gazette in title of the query.
You have mentioned gazette in the query.
IN case of e gazette the web link can be copied and provided.
Usually while printing after downloading, the weblink also gets printed on page.
You can take screen shots.
The concerned officer can verify.

Kindly Clarify query raised by Isaac Sir ,because the same query I developed ?
Now many states have stop publication of Gazette , They are publishing it on the Internet . Generally, Print out is taken out of E-Gazette and supporting affidavit is given stating copy is genuine by the person who is submitting the copy.

Mr. Govinda Singh,
What do you want to convey by "change in caste?"
Also for what purpose you have submitted eGazette to the PSU?
If your caste has been notified in any reserved category, you will have to produce the caste certificate issued by the concerned state authority as per Gazette notification, not the eGazette, itself.

So far as verification of genuineness of eGazette is concerned, if the PSU authorities have any doubt, it is their duty to get that verified through their own channels and resources.

You have posted that:
"for change in caste by concern state with all the required certificates issued by the state "
Doesn't it mean that the state government has issued the caste certificate?
Confirm!

Institution should verify the genuineness of the document at its level.

Author,
Pls confirm:
"for change in caste by concern state with all the required certificates issued by the state "
Doesn't it mean that the state government has issued the caste certificate, to you, as per recent change in caste as per said gazette notification?

The author is asking for the authority to "attest" the eGazette published by Government by SDO/Circle Officer to verify its genuineness??
How a PSU is concerned about "change of caste" vis-a-vis publication in eGazette?
The author is silent qua his academic debate, which is hypothetical.

If the state government has issued the caste certificate, to you, as per recent change in caste as per said gazette notification then verification if required is the prerogative and discretion of authority in your office and they may do so as deemed fit.
You may in addition provide the weblink, etc and let them do their job.
Agreed with Mr. Madhu that notifications/gazette is made available on website.
