Badge required to drive ola or uber cabs

Hi,
I have recently bought my own car and have started to drive in OLA cabs in Mumbai. I have all the paper work complete except I don't have a badge.
I want to know what is the exact requirement for driving private cabs like ola or uber... A badge is required or just a Yellow card..
If possible I would also like to know the procedure to make a badge

Ola or Uber local office would guide you regarding exact local requirements. Local formality changes state wise.
