RECENTLY THERE WAS A JUDGMENT FROM SC WITH REGARD TO HRC MATTER IN WHICH IT WAS STATED THAT A TENANT PAYING RENTS REGULARLY CANNOT BE EVICTED FOR A MINIMUM PERIODE OF 5 YEAS.

1) payment of rent is basic duty, it can not be avoided citation or no citation.
2) small tenants are protected under state laws and for them this citation is not applicable.
