RECENTLY THERE WAS A JUDGMENT FROM SC WITH REGARD TO HRC MATTER IN WHICH IT WAS STATED THAT A TENANT PAYING RENTS REGULARLY CANNOT BE EVICTED FOR A MINIMUM PERIODE OF 5 YEAS.
