Believed to be fake certificate

Dear legal experts,
Pls suggest me on below matter :
Sir,
One of my friend after passed his BA degree, he had enrolled for Private B.ed course in 1995-96. After his final exam his result was declared as fail. After that he had applied for re addition of his exam papers & one University staff had assured him that he will get a pass certificate. Then the staff had given him the pass mark sheet & pass provisional certificate, which having the same roll no & regd no. So my friend believed that he had got his pass certificate. Later on based on that B.ed certificate, my friend joined as a school teacher, since 2003. In 2015 he has applied for date of publication of result & University has provided the same. Now when he had applied for his main certificate, the university staffs are saying that my friend has not passed the B.ed. So pls suggest what should he do now ?

Your query is also believed to be a fake academic query.
A question arises, what he had been doing for the last 19 years till 2015 to know about publication of result and the final certificate?
Also, another question arises, how he was granted provisional certificate directly by the university and not through the last institution he attended and took exam?

Sir,
He was perusing private B.ed, through University. He never believed that the certificate he obtained is a fake. In fact the sign of Exam controller, roll no , regd no mentioned in provisional certificate & mark sheet is same as allotted to him during exam. But in the university record it is found that he is fail. So my query is that if he will be terminated, can he challenge this in court of law. He has been doing service since last 14 yrs.

You have not replied my specific question about what he had been doing for the last about 19 years for obtaining his final result certificate, marksheet, etc. There is no relevance of doing service as regards to not getting the final certificate. If any organization had allowed him service with provisional certificate that does not mean his claim is perfect about the correctness of his certificates.

He has taken wrong / illegal path. Taken service on fake certificate, liable to be prosecuted.

Lodge a police complaint against University as well as its official and your friend.
File a suit for declaration and permanent injunction through a local prudent lawyer declaring the certificate issued by University is "fake" hence null and void and issuance of permanent injunction restraining the University to issue "fake" certificate to Sidharth or his friend or any one else.
However, I find the author posting such hypothetical and academic query for debate and not for opinion and advise.
