benefit aftet job of sepoy

My uncle was working as a indian army sepoy in mahar regiment. He worked as sepoy for 7 years & 6 month and after that he left the job without submit any reason in his regiment office. He is not availing any retirement benefit from indian army. After aprox. 23 years of left job a letter for starting pension come to him.
I want to know that can my uncle is eligible for pension, echs card, canteen smart card or any other facility.
He is very poor. He willbe very thankfull to you for guiding him.

Take your uncle to the Mahar Regiment Record office, make discreet enquiry about your uncle's pension eligibility and also clarify if he is eligible to other benefits due to an ex-serviceman. Do not be misguided by the rumors of some rumor mongers, get yourself personally clarified.
