Dear Respected Lawyers,
Kindly suggest a best senior lawyer who is an expert in handling 376 case in the madras high court. We have been suggested for senior lawyers like A.Natrajan,Vijaykumar and V.Kannadasan from the Madras High court. This is a drafted case by police which is alleged against my nephew as he was not in good terms&went against police officials merely as a person of principal and ethics. Yes Sir we would contact him, I would but can anyone suggest the senior counsel who would be in a position to handle IPC 376 charges framed? Who would win the case based on merit and also with nominal fees. Generally the senior counsel charges in lacs. Please advice
