I had applied for my birth certicate in bangalore, but due to non availibility of birth certificate i was directed to get the orders from the first class judicial magistrate to register my birth and issue the certificate for the same. The 6th ACMM court bangalore ordered favoring my plea and the order was given for the same but the problem is spelling mistake in the petition and the local authorities have told me that they will give the certificate as given in the petition and i want to get it corrected, all the experts in the forum kindly advice and do the needful.

make an application to the court which passed order that there is a spelling mistake in your name . to kindly direct local authorities to issue birth certifcate in correct name

Sir thanks for your valuable reply,but the spelling of my father's name is correct in the order but wrong in petition, i had requested BBMP for registration as per the order and matriculation certificate but they want it get it corrected in petition

petition is already disposed of . if order mentions your name correctly authorites ought to have issued BC . make application again to court that local authorities not issuing certifcate and to issue directions to them to comply with order

File execution petition against the relevant authorities before the court and get it done.
