Bombay high court delay of expedited suit

(Querist) 14 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
Madam/Sir,
WE BELIEVE THAT LAW IS SAME FOR ONE AND ALL
Original Suit against my employer (Expedited in the year of 2007) for stopping my salary, EP & other funds and victimising me is pending hearing todate. Notice of Motions taken out for interim reliefs in 2008-2009 are also pending by illegal tactics of the Defendants who are big Corporation. Plaintiff and my family are suffering. Please advice how to EXPEDITE hearing of this Expedited Suit and Who will be held responsible for the delay and how ?

ajay sethi (Expert) 14 September 2011
did you make an application for ad interim reliefs?

in bombay practice is if you take out a notice of motion after issue of notice you make an pplication for adinterim reliefs . if you had made such an apoplication by now you would have got the reliefs .

no one is to be blamed for delays .had you consulted your lawyer and made application for adinterim reliefs by now you would have got some reliefs if you have a good case

You means by application that I should make application and mention, is it correct?
I have metioned many times the matter comes on board but not heard some times Defendants advocate take time, some time board is discharged and adjourned

Such co-incidents cannot be avoided in human life as well as in judicial system but you keep on insisting disposal of your matter as earliest as possible. Good Day shall also prevail if you keep on insisting to court about your miseries and tactics of respondent.

practically advised by Mr. Sethi, meet your lawyer and plug the loop holes if any.
